What Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It: We do not currently require you to provide Personal Information in order to have access to general information available on the Site. But, we do receive and/or collect Personal Information from you in the following ways:

Direct marketing messages & subscription
Under DPA anyone submitting their information, we consider to having granted us consent to store and process their information. Email marketing messages are sent through an Email Marketing Service. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Email marketing messages that we send out may contain beacons, tracked clickable links or similar server technologies to understand subscriber activity within an email marketing message. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as: times, dates, IP addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data.
